Jennifer's Mountain Horse Farm has been a breeder of Rocky Mountain horses since 2001 (currently located in Cedaredge and Eckert, CO). We’re currently offering the following horses for sale: 1. Ace’s Midnight Angel: DOB: 2/26/2004 ; 14.2 H Sire: Zeus's Ace -- Dam: Colorado Bambi Angel is a beautiful black mare. "Certified to Breed" in the RMHA and KMSHA. We began our herd with her sire and dam in 2001. She produced a gorgeous filly for us two years ago (Ebony), so we’ll use Ebony to replace her in the breeding herd. Angel has had lots of groundwork over the years, and is a fun horse under saddle. She has a super-smooth gait, and can walk, gait, canter, back up and sidepass easily. She will enter a pond and cross creeks willingly. Though she has lots of trail experience under her saddle, I would suggest she go to a more confident rider (advanced beginner on up). She's really in tune with her rider's confidence level and can act accordingly at times. Her bloodlines would make her a great addition to your breeding herd, especially if you're using a chocolate stallion. Great attitude and easy keeper. We usually just get her hooves trimmed, unless we're headed up the mountain into the rocky country. Cinnamon is a beautiful chestnut mare who has a beautiful conformation and wonderful attitude. She’s sweet and loving, and very easy to handle. Excellent for the farrier, and handles vaccinations and worming quietly. She had two months of ground work this spring, and I’ve had her under saddle since May. She’s turning out to be quiet on the trail by herself as well. She stands nicely for mounting from the ground or from a fence. Her gait is solid, and we'll soon send her video in for certification. She will walk easily into a pond, and is learning to cross the creek as well. Doing well with her back up and sidepass too (and will let you open and shut a gate from her back)! With her looks and height, she’d be a great addition to your breeding herd, and would be a good base to try to get some red chocolate foals out of her!
